What is your number favorite anime/manga?
Gundam 00 and Toradora

Do you have a least favorite?
Love Hina, among a lot of other harem types :/ . Their ecchi's too repetitive. The only one I actually like is Rosario Vampire, because it actually makes its ecchi moments more about being funny than being ecchi

What first got you interested in anime/manga?
I first drew Dragonball Z characters. I didn't know it was an "anime" so I thought I was drawing "Dragon Ball Z" style

If you could change one thing in a series of your choice, what would that be?
I wish Bleach would stop making too many fillers!

Which do you prefer: subs or dubs? Why?
GOOD dubs! As an artist, I want to look at the drawings, not on the text on it. There's only a few good dubs out there, like Fullmetal Alchemist IMO, but because most of them sucks, I watch subs instead.

Anime or manga?
Anime. I have a few manga bought for drawing references though

Why would you say you are an artist?
I tend to express some of my interests in my drawings

What made you want to become one?
I wanted to make my own anime when I was a kid

Where do you get inspiration from?
On deviantart! Browsing through a lot of good drawings makes me want to try those drawings myself

What do you use to make your art?
Before, pencil & ink. Now I use a tablet and Photoshop

Do you have any idols or people you look up to in the artistic world?
Generally people I've known online like `Artgerm, `zeiva, etc. but mostly people who were from my school like *elpinoy, ~Inuji, etc.

Is there a piece in your gallery that has special meaning for you?
This [link] picture was the hardest pic I've ever done. I entered it to a contest & lost, but the experience in giving my fullest effort has thought me to learn more

How did you learn about devArt?
I used to be in a school newspaper (where I also met *elpinoy, but I doubt he remembers me), where my seniors introduced me to deviantart to post my pictures


What do you like most about devArt? Do you have any fond memories with the community?
I enjoy the features in here the most. A lot of other sites IMO copies dA & even talks about dA in their forums

Is there anything about devArt that you don't like?
People who don't improve! And people who act like jerks for no reason

:bulletred: Year End Contest!
One of these things is not like the others :sing:
That's the theme for our last contest of '09. The sky really is the limit on this one. Multi-series cross overs, opposites attract, gender flips, you name it! The only rule is to keep the theme in mind.

Since things have been a bit scattered since upgrading to a Group, the deadline for entries will be moved back to Feb 28. This contest is also open to all Group members and Club members who haven't signed up.

The prizes for this contest are:
First place - 3 month subscription + 1 print of your choice (under $25)
Second place - 3 month subscription

To submit your entry to the contest, please submit it to the 'Contest Entries' folder in the gallery. Deviations submitted to any other folders will not be counted. If you're having trouble with the gallery submission process or are a Club member who never joined the Group, please note the club with a link to your entry.

:bulletred: Art Submissions
Club members are allowed to submit deviants to the gallery. The process is much the same as the normal deviation submission process. Like previously, we ask that member submissions be limited to one per month to keep things from getting overwhelmed. This limit may be raised in the future, once things get settle down and the group features are explored.

Also, all previous submissions (from before the club became a group) will be removed from the gallery. This way, the piece in the artist's gallery will actually get all the views and favs that it deserves, rather than the piece submitted to the club. The list of previously submitted deviations has also been deleted. So if you have a current or previous submission you would like to add, you can do so now.
